Announcing 2013 Volunteers of the Year

The San Francisco Bay Area Volunteer Chapter proudly recognizes Bay Area team members Benjamin and Mary Ann Buggs as our 2013 recipients of the Bay Area Volunteer of the Year Award! Benjamin and Mary Ann logged an outstanding 1200+ hours in volunteer time!

Their dedication to the Faith Food Fridays organization has helped provide meals, counseling and support to thousands of Bay Area residents in need and is a shining example of Wells Fargo’s ongoing commitment to the community. Wells Fargo will donate $1,000 on their behalf to the organization of their choice, and both winners will receive assistance in applying for the enterprise-wide Volunteer Service Award.

Mary Ann Hood delights with dance

Mary Ann Hood, WFCC on-line CSR in Concord, Calif. is a very proud full-blooded Native American, originally from Oklahoma. She is a member of the Caddo tribe and also an affiliate of the Cheyenne-Arapaho tribe. Mary Ann’s culture is very important to her, and she has spent much of her life celebrating that culture.
